Bank Annual Meeting

Providence Bank has scheduled the 2007 Annual Stockholders meeting for April 26 at 2:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn located at 651 North Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, North Carolina. All members of the public are invited to come and hear our story of the first year of operation.
